Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of our training programs for pharmacy operations and related teams. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of supervisory experience and deep knowledge of adult learning principles.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership to ensure effective onboarding, continuous development, and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands-on training, course development and delivery, adult learning, and evaluation methodologies required.
• 2+ years of Lumicera operations experience or similar quality-oriented role preferred.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new and existing employees.
• Ensure resources have documentation and are effectively utilized (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, etc.).
• Periodically report quality metrics and monitor trainee performance up to one year after training.
• Assist in establishing mentoring and peer-to-peer quality reviews.
• Deliver training using varied instructional techniques.
• Review and evaluate trainees and knowledge retention; implement feedback into training program.
• Manage training documentation and completion verification.
• Travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations as needed; support training across departments.
• Ensure training programs meet accreditation, policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Keep training resources current and clear through regular maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
