Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Supervisor of Training and Development to design, implement, and assess the organization’s training programs. The role emphasizes adult-learning principles, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance across operations and quality teams.

The candidate will develop interactive training materials, deliver sessions, and continuously enhance training effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in hands-on training, course development and delivery, adult learning, and evaluation methodologies.
• 2-years’ experience within Lumicera operations, previous job experience as a customer care specialist or other quality-oriented position preferred.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite and Virtual meeting platforms preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new and existing employees.
• Ensure essential resources have documentation and effective utilization across systems (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass).
• Report on quality metrics and trainee progress for up to one year after training; drive new operations employee success.
• Assist in establishing mentoring and peer-to-peer quality reviews and audits.
• Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques.
• Review and evaluate trainees and knowledge retention; implement feedback into the training program.
• Manage paperwork and verification of training requirements and completion.
• Travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations as needed; support multiple locations.
• Ensure training programs meet compliance with accreditation requirements, pharmacy policies and federal/state regulations.
• Keep resources current and clear through regular maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned.
