Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across the organization. The role partners with operations, quality, and leadership to enhance capability and performance within Lumicera pharmacy operations and related entities.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience, strong knowledge of adult learning principles, and proven ability to coach and develop employees

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Hands-on training and course development experience.
• Adult learning principles and program evaluation experience.
• 2 years’ Lumicera operations experience or related customer care/quality role.
• MS Office and virtual meeting tools proficiency.
• Ability to comply with program objectives and collaborate respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, modules, and materials.
• Ensure resources are documented and accessible using identified systems.
• Report quality metrics and monitor trainees for up to one year after training.
• Establish mentoring and conduct peer quality reviews.
• Deliver training using diverse instructional techniques.
• Monitor knowledge retention and update programs based on feedback.
• Manage training paperwork and completion verification.
• Travel to Lumicera/Navitus locations as needed.
• Ensure training complies with accreditation, policies and regs.
• Maintain current and clear training resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
