Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Supervisor, Training and Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of supervisory experience, strong adult-learning principles, and the ability to partner across teams to support business objectives.

The role creates, administers, and delivers training programs, assesses training needs, and enhances the program through feedback. Occasional travel to other Lumicera/Navitus locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree required.
• Training development experience and knowledge of adult learning.
• 2 years’ Lumicera operations experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and virtual meeting skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, develop and facilitate training manuals, learning modules, and course materials for new employees and existing employees
• Ensure resources have documentation and effective utilization by employees across systems (RxVector, Lighthouse, NaviClaim, Compass, phone tech)
• Periodic reporting of quality metrics and trainee progress for up to one year after training
• Assist in mentoring and conducting peer-to-peer quality reviews
• Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques
• Ensure training programs meet compliance with accreditation, pharmacy policies and regulations
• Regular maintenance to keep resources current and clear
