Planned Parenthood North Central States seeks a Training and Development Manager to lead the Training Team, drive a culture of learning, and collaborate with Health Services leadership to deliver evidenced-based training that supports high-quality patient care. This remote role requires travel within IA, MN, NE and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Post-secondary education in business, human services, public health, nursing related area or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience working in a clinic or outpatient setting
• Two years supervisory/management experience
• Experience working with confidential information
• Must have the ability and willingness to travel within PPNCS
• Must have the ability to work flexible hours that match the health center hours, evenings and weekends
• Experience working with high risk or underserved populations (youth, women, minorities, LGBTQ, etc.)

• Leads Training Team in developing a culture that meets health center goals and customer service standards.
• Maintains an innovative approach to implementing an effective training program.
• Supports team through organizational changes and demonstrates integrity and service recovery.
• Manages day-to-day Training Team activities and schedules.
• Develops and updates training materials and knowledgebase documentation.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, and regulatory requirements.
• Promotes patient-centered service and diversity within the office environment.
• Oversees staffing, performance plans, and disciplinary actions where needed.
• Collaborates on training components of implementation projects with Health Services.
