Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead the delivery of training across CrowdStrike technologies and to manage a growing team of instructors. The role focuses on implementing training programs, enabling sales, and driving performance metrics in a fast-paced cyber security environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop engaging coursework, and ensure high quality training experiences for customers, partners, and internal staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• 3+ years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Experience managing training budgets and resources.
• Ability to track and report training effectiveness and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Manage several instructors with performance development and coaching.
• Coordinate daily operations to optimize scheduling and customer enablement.
• Serve as subject matter expert on training content design and revision.
• Communicate with executive leadership and technical teams.
• Create and maintain reports on training delivery performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope engagements and tailor content.
