Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the delivery of its training offerings and manage a team of instructors. You will oversee program design, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder communication to enable customers and drive revenue growth.

The role requires at least 3 years in leadership and in delivering technical training, with LMS experience and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a leadership role managing technical instructors.
• 3+ years delivering technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Experience managing training budgets, resources and software licensing.
• Ability to track, analyze, and report on training KPIs and CSAT.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI tech and training delivery.
• Proven instructional capability for diverse audiences from tech to executives.
• Strong client-facing professionalism and storytelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Desire to grow both technically and in soft skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills and positive leadership impact.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement and metrics.
• Manage several instructors with performance coaching and growth planning.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize scheduling, enablement, and revenue.
• Serve as SME on training, designing and revising courses.
• Communicate with executive leadership and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain reports to monitor training delivery performance.
• Partner with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
