CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead delivery of training across CrowdStrike technologies and mentor experienced instructors.

You’ll implement training offerings, drive metrics and reporting, collaborate with sales and cross‑functional teams, and ensure engaging, outcomes‑oriented sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams. A strong background in SIEM, cloud security, and AI technologies will help elevate programs.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership of technical instructors.
• 3+ years delivering technical training.
• Experience with LMS and virtual delivery platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Budgeting and resource planning experience.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI.
• Strong instructional design and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline scheduling and customer enablement.
• Serve as SME on training design and revision of courses.
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical teams.
• Create and maintain training metrics and ad hoc reports.
• Collaborate with sales to scope and present training content.
