CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Training Manager to lead delivery of our training offerings across CrowdStrike technologies. You will manage experienced instructors, drive sales enablement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling and outcomes.

You’ll oversee SME-level course design, track performance metrics, and partner with sales to tailor content for customers. Occasional travel and a strong background in security training are required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing the delivery of technical training courses.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, virtual labs).
• Budget management for training programs and licensing.
• Track and report training effectiveness, CSAT, and KPIs.
• Domain knowledge in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI tech in training.
• Experience teaching technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Professional client-facing demeanor and strong communication.
• Autonomy to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Desire to grow both technical and soft skills.
• Proven project management skills.
• Leadership that fosters a positive culture and team development.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Experience using AI to improve decision-making and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management, career development, coaching and day-to-day leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline scheduling, enablement, and revenue growth.
• Serve as SME on training, collaborating on course design and revisions.
• Communicate effectively with executives and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain operations, management, and ad hoc reports on training performance.
• Work with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
