Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Instructor Manager to lead training delivery across CrowdStrike technologies, guiding experienced instructors and aligning with sales and customers worldwide.

You will manage multiple instructors, shape curricula, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve training outcomes, expand offerings, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a focus on security excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role.
• Minimum 3 years managing the delivery of technical training.
• Experience administering LMS and virtual training platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
• Budget, resource management for instructional teams.
• Track training metrics and analytics.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud or AI tech.
• Instructional capability teaching varied audiences.
• Strong client-facing demeanor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
• Experience using AI to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings, including sales enablement, reporting, and metrics.
• Actively manage several instructors, including performance management and coaching.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize scheduling, enablement, and revenue growth.
• Act as SME on training, designing and revising courses.
• Communicate across executive leadership and technical support teams.
• Create and maintain operational and ad hoc reports to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with sales to scope new customer engagements and tailor training content.
