CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead delivery of our global training offerings. You will guide senior instructors, oversee scheduling, and drive customer enablement across CrowdStrike technologies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in leadership and in managing technical training with LMS proficiency, strong communication, and a strategic mindset for growth. This remote role may require occasional travel and collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role guiding technical instructors.
• 3+ years delivering and managing technical training courses.
• Experience with LMS platforms and virtual training delivery.
• Ability to manage training budgets, resources, and licensing.
• Proven ability to track training metrics and KPIs.
• Domain expertise in SIEM, SOAR, Cloud, or AI technologies.
• Hands-on instructional capability for diverse audiences.
• Strong client-facing communication and storytelling.
• Self-motivated, autonomous with on-time task completion.
• Proven project management and leadership culture skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Aufgaben

• Lead the implementation and delivery of CrowdStrike Training offerings.
• Manage multiple instructors with performance coaching.
• Coordinate scheduling, enablement, and revenue-focused activities.
• Collaborate on course design and revisions with SMEs.
• Communicate outcomes with executives and support teams.
• Create and maintain operational and ad hoc reports.
• Work with sales to scope engagements and tailor training content.
