Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, coordinate, and facilitate the Operations training and development program in support of business and people objectives. The Training Specialist will work in collaboration with Operations leadership and the executive team to support key business and people objectives.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods and tools.
• Experience training for call center or Operations in healthcare.
• Proficient with LMS software and training tools.
• Experience using Eloomi LMS is a plus.
• Understanding of career development and employee engagement.
• Enthusiasm for growth and developing people.
• Ability to manage large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and training skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure training policy execution across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and create training plans with success metrics.
• Design and implement training content using various modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys based on roles and competency levels.
• Own and refresh New Hire Orientation in collaboration with ops areas.
• Deliver refresher training across all operation levels.
• Track progress, measure effectiveness, and improve application of skills.
