Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate the Operations training and development program. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class solutions that align with business strategy.

The role covers end-to-end content creation, New Hire Orientation, refresher training, and change enablement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Training & Development experience in a corporate setting.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred for training in healthcare operations.
• Designing training events using traditional and modern methods and tools.
• Experience training for call center or Operations areas in healthcare preferred.
• Proficiency with learning management software (LMS) such as Eloomi, Articulate, Captivate.

Responsibilities

• Develop an end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Ensure training policy execution across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Assess training needs and define requirements with measurable success criteria.
• Design, develop and implement training content using multiple modalities with SMEs.
• Create learner journeys by job roles and competency levels.
• Own New Hire Orientation and refresh content with quality assurance checks.
• Deliver training for new hires and refresher sessions across operations.
• Track progress, monitor access, and improve training effectiveness.
