Integra Partners seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, implement, and coordinate a comprehensive operations training and development program. You will partner with Operations leadership and executives to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will create learner journeys, develop content, and manage new hire orientation while collaborating with subject matter experts to close skill gaps and improve performance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare industry processes including pre-authorization and claims.
• Experience designing and delivering multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training tools and modalities.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Coordinate training policy across diverse locations and skill sets.
• Develop content using various learning modalities for internal staff and external customers.
