Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually, ensuring alignment with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, requirements, deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transportation, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers, providers, and vendors to resolve issues and support successful execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, promotions, and booth assets; maintain brand consistency.
