Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of more than 65 industry events annually.

You will work in partnership with the Director of Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business priorities. This remote position requires up to 20% travel and involves end-to-end event lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and budget oversight to deliver high-value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of 65+ annual industry events.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements and deadlines.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, budgets, logistics, and post-event reconciliation.
• Ensure brand standards across all events and effective attendee communications.
