You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, and attendee communications, from registration to post-event reconciliation. The role requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and budget oversight, with up to 20% travel and a remote work arrangement for qualified candidates

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or corporate events.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, and return shipments, service orders.
• Track milestones and budget, ensuring value and timely execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and manage risks.
