Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
• Five+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, or conferences.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of 65+ industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from research to post-event reconciliation.
• Coordinate booth logistics, sponsorships, and attendee communications.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align event plans.
• Track budgets, expenses, and vendor performance.
