Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a strategic Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning and execution for 65+ industry events annually.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into actionable plans, timelines, and attendee communications, ensuring on-time, on-brand delivery with strong post-event evaluation. The role supports budget tracking, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement while requiring up to 20% travel and remote

Qualifications

• Strong project management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating large-scale trade shows and events.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and contracts.
• Experience working with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from research to post-event reconciliation
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications
• Oversee booth logistics, shipping, setup, and on-site readiness
• Collaborate with vendors, organizers, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency
• Track budgets, expenses, and post-event invoicing and closeout
• Drive continuous improvement of event processes and vendor value
