Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of the company's presence at more than 65 industry events annually.

You will work with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications. This remote role requires residence in listed states and up to 20% travel, with on-site readiness, post-event reconciliation, and ongoing process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in more than 65 trade shows and industry events annually, aligning plans with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, returns, and related service orders.
• Partner with organizers, service providers, and vendors to resolve issues and support successful execution.
• Coordinate branded materials, apparel, giveaways, and booth assets.
• Ensure consistent, professional presentation of the brand across events.
