Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of 65+ industry events annually, from strategy through post-event reconciliation. Remote role with up to 20% travel.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to align event objectives with business goals. Responsibilities include end-to-end lifecycle management, logistics, venue selection, sponsor applications, and attendee communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating trade shows, conferences, or events.
• Experience managing high-volume event programs and budgets.
• Strong vendor relationships and logistics coordination.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Ops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial goals.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registrations, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, and related orders.
• Collaborate with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.
• Track milestones and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Support post-event reconciliation and continuous improvement.
