Job summary

The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into detailed plans, timelines, and communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, or conferences.
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually in alignment with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and service orders; liaise with vendors and organizers.
• Support budget planning, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and post-event reconciliation.
