Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Events Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute participation in over 65 industry events annually. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to ensure events align with priorities and budget.

The role supports end-to-end event lifecycle, including vendor coordination, registration, on-site readiness, and post-event reconciliation. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs; high-volume events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning plans with Marketing and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transportation, setup, return shipments, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and external partners to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, promotional materials, giveaways, booth assets, and other event materials.
• Ensure consistent Midwest Veterinary Supply branding across events.
