Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ events annually, aligning with Marketing and business priorities.

The role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications, while managing the event lifecycle from registration to post-event reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows and events.
• Experience managing high volume events.
• Experience with vendor relationships, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to learn event registration and expense systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually, aligning plans with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from research and registration to on-site readiness and post-event reconciliation.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, and returns; partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and Operations to align goals and timelines.
• Monitor expenses, support budgeting, vendor sourcing, negotiations, and documentation.
