Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution for 65+ industry events annually.

You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners to translate objectives into detailed plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications. Responsibilities include managing registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, budgets, and post-event reconciliation while driving process improvements and brand consistency across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• Five or more years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Experience managing a high volume of events.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, vendors, event organizers, and attendees.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually, aligning plans with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, transportation, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Oversee vendor relationships, branding, materials, and budget tracking; monitor expenses and reconcile invoices.
• Track milestones, attendee logistics, and post-event activities; capture feedback for continuous improvement.
