Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of the company’s participation in 65+ industry events annually.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate event objectives into plans, timelines, and attendee communications. The position supports end-to-end event lifecycle from registration to on-site readiness and post-event reconciliation, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; five+ years coordinating trade shows or corporate events.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, shipping, post-event reconciliation.
• Cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and other teams; B2B or veterinary/animal health experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, organizers, and attendees.
• Ability to manage event-related expenses, compare vendor options, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply’s participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, and service orders.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution and alignment with brand standards.
