Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for over 65 industry events annually. This remote role involves collaboration with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, and logistics.

The position requires strong project management, vendor coordination, and budgeting skills, with travel up to 20% as needed to support events and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or similar programs; high-volume events experience preferred.
• Strong project management, planning, organization, and follow-through with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of 65+ events annually to align with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
