Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning and execution of over 65 industry events annually. You will work with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into timelines, logistics, and attendee communications.

The role involves up to 20% travel and is remote. You will oversee booth logistics, sponsorships, registrations, and post-event reconciliations, ensuring brand consistency across all events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years coordinating trade shows and events.
• Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
• B2B or veterinary industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from research to post-event reconciliation.
• Develop event plans, timelines, and readiness communications.
• Coordinate booth logistics, including shipping, setup, and returns.
• Partner with organizers, vendors, and service providers to ensure success.
• Coordinate branded materials, giveaways, and attendee communications.
• Support planning of sales meetings, training, and continuing education.
• Track milestones and budget-related commitments.
