Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. seeks a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and on-site execution for over 65 industry events annually.

The role collaborates with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, and attendee communications. Responsibilities include vendor coordination, budgeting, post-event reconciliation, and identifying improvements in processes and value realization from event

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field.
• 5+ years coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, meetings, or similar programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of 65+ industry events annually.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate booth logistics and vendor service orders; manage branding across events.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Operations to align goals and timelines.
• Track budgets, expenses, and reconciliations; ensure accurate documentation.
