Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Event Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for over 65 industry events annually, including national, regional, and state shows as well as sales meetings and continuing education.

The role partners with the Director of Brand Engagement and Marketing to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and communications, managing the full lifecycle from registration to post-event reconciliation, with up to 20% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
• Five or more years coordinating trade shows, conferences, or meetings
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in more than 65 trade shows and industry events annually, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, returns, and service orders.
• Collaborate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
