Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for more than 65 industry events yearly. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications.

The role supports brand engagement, on-site readiness, and post-event reconciliation while identifying process improvements. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, planning, organization, and follow-through with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
• Experience coordinating vendor relationships, event logistics, registration, budgets, contracts, shipping, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with internal stakeholders, vendors, and attendees.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Midwest Veterinary Supply's participation in more than 65 trade shows and industry events annually in alignment with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle including research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, readiness communications, and post-event activities; maintain vendor relationships and ensure brand consistency.
