Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution of participation in 65+ industry events annually.

The role partners with Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional teams to translate objectives into detailed plans, timelines, and attendee communications, with travel up to 20% and a remote work setup. Responsibilities include lifecycle management, vendor coordination, budget tracking, and process improvements to maximize event

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Minimum five years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ industry events annually across national, regional, and state shows.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and stakeholder communications to keep teams aligned.
• Coordinate booth logistics, shipping, setup, and return shipments; manage vendors and service providers.
• Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and reconcile post-event expenses.
