Job summary

Midwest Veterinary Supply, Inc. is seeking a remote Trade Show & Events Manager to lead planning, coordination, and execution for 65+ industry events annually, partnering with Brand Engagement, Marketing, Sales and other stakeholders.

The role translates objectives into plans, timelines, logistics, and attendee communications, managing registration, sponsorships, vendor coordination, on-site readiness, and post-event reconciliation. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, Business, Hospitality or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience coordinating trade shows, corporate events, conferences, or similar programs.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, logistics, budgets, and post-event reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage expenses and negotiate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participation in 65+ trade shows and events annually, aligning with Marketing and commercial objectives.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle: research, registration, sponsorships, exhibitor agreements, timelines.
• Develop event plans, timelines, checklists, and readiness communications for stakeholders.
• Coordinate booth logistics: shipping, setup, return shipments, service orders.
• Partner with organizers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure successful execution.
• Coordinate branded apparel, materials, giveaways, assets and other participant needs.
• Ensure consistent, professional brand presentation across events.
