Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on managing relationships with manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners to deliver exceptional service and patient care.

The TCSC will support the Senior Executive by co-developing long-term account strategies, handling escalations, and driving growth opportunities within client programs. Occasional travel and a strong emphasis on operational excellence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily, weekly or monthly meetings in support of the client’s program to provide status updates and interface with client to resolve access issues.
• Pull reports to deliver facts-based presentations (Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, Performance Standard reports) to manufacturer and payor clients.
• Ensure Account Management has a plan to mediate unmet guarantees and debrief with internal departments.
• Be primary point of contact for daily tasks, operational requests, and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and facilitate resolution of escalated client issues.
• Travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
• Other duties as assigned
