Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The TCSC will manage relationships with manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners, supporting account strategy and patient care. The TCSC will liaison between Lumicera and clients to support operational excellence and identify growth opportunities for business reviews. They will drive program retention and overall customer satisfaction. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• Knowledge of PBM or specialty pharmacy preferred.
• Strong independent work and prioritization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support client program status updates and issue resolution.
• Pull reports and assist with business plans and performance summaries.
• Serve as liaison for daily tasks and client inquiries.
• Assist with client implementation and escalation management.
• Travel to client sites up to 10% as needed.
