Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on operational support for specialty pharmacy clients, liaising with manufacturers, payors, and strategic partners to drive growth and retention.

You will work with the Account Executive and internal teams to resolve issues, support patient access, and contribute to strategic business plans and performance reviews. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings to provide status updates and support in resolution of access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver data-driven presentations to manufacturer and payor clients.
• Ensure account management has a plan to address unmet guarantees and debrief with internal departments.
• Serve as primary point of contact for daily tasks, inquiries, and status updates.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalation of client issues.
