Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Trade Client Services Coordinator to support manufacturers, payors and strategic partners with enhanced operational excellence and patient access. This role partners with the Specialty Trade Account Executives to co-develop long-term account strategies.

The position emphasizes client satisfaction, contract issue resolution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional travel to client sites up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related area preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and develop business plans.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize client needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver facts-based presentations to manufacturer and payor clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure plans meet guarantees and debrief on failures.
• Serve as the primary contact for daily tasks, requests and inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to client sites or on-site meetings up to 10% of the time.
