Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. You will manage client programs, produce data-driven reports, and collaborate with the Trade Account Executive to ensure excellent patient access and service.

The role requires 3+ years in specialty pharmacy operations, strong communication skills, and travel as needed. Remote work options are available with periodic client site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related area preferred.
• Valid driver's license and automobile liability coverage required.
• Experience with PBM, specialty pharmacy or healthcare industry preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Support client programs by providing status updates and resolving access issues.
• Pull and present reports (strategic plans, value summaries, performance reports).
• Collaborate with Account Executives on data, strategy, and client reviews.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks and escalation management.
• Assist implementation and coordinate client-related requests.
