Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The role focuses on managing relationships with manufacturers, payors and strategic partners, supporting client accounts and driving operational excellence in a specialty pharmacy setting.

The candidate will help develop long-term account strategies, communicate opportunities to the team, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills required.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Support management of manufacturer, payor and strategic partners requiring enhanced operational support.
• Co-develop long-term account strategy and support the Specialty Trade Account Executive.
• Serve as liaison between Lumicera and clients to ensure operational excellence and identify growth opportunities.
