Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on managing relationships with manufacturers, payors and strategic partners, delivering exceptional service and patient care, and identifying opportunities for growth and program expansion.

The right candidate has at least 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.

Aufgaben

• Participate in client meetings to provide status updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver data-driven presentations to manufacturers and payors.
• Ensure plans to mediate unmet guarantees are in place and debrief with internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks, requests and inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalated issues.
