Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Trade Client Services Coordinator with 3+ years in specialty pharmacy operations to support manufacturers, payors and strategic partners. You will assist the Trade Account Executive for assigned clients and drive operational excellence, retention, and growth opportunities.

This role demands close collaboration with internal teams, strong communication, and the ability to resolve contract and access issues while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Valid State Driver’s License and current Automobile Policy.
• Knowledge of PBM, Specialty Pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Strategic thinking with ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize client needs.
• Strong team orientation and client service focus.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.
• Adherence to compliance program objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client program meetings to provide updates and resolve access issues.
• Pull reports and deliver facts-based presentations to manufacturers and payors.
• Support senior Account Executives with data, strategy, and client meetings.
• Ensure plans to remediate unmet guarantees are in place and debrief internally.
• Serve as primary contact for daily tasks and status inquiries.
• Support implementation of assigned clients and escalate issues as needed.
• Travel to client sites or meetings up to 10% of time.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
