Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team in the United States. The coordinator will support manufacturers, payors and strategic partners with enhanced operational service and play a key role in client reviews and growth opportunities.

You will work with the Trade Account Executives to ensure outstanding patient access and satisfaction. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of specialty pharmacy operations experience, excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in specialty pharmacy.
• Experience supporting manufacturers, payors and strategic partners.
• Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily client program activities and provide status updates.
• Generate reports (Strategic Business Plans, VALUE Summaries, and Performance Standards) for clients.
• Coordinate with Trade Account Executives on data and strategy.
• Manage client inquiries and facilitate issue resolution.
• Travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10%.
• Support implementation of assigned clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Maintain compliance and assist with business reviews.
