Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Trade Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Nashville. The role focuses on supporting manufacturers, payors and strategic partners with advanced operational tasks while helping craft long-term account strategies alongside the Specialty Trade Account Executive.

The position emphasizes client retention, issue resolution, and high-quality patient care, with travel as needed to client sites up to 10% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Valid State Driver’s License and auto policy preferred.
• Knowledge of PBM, specialty pharmacy or health care industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support management of manufacturer, payor and strategic partners needing enhanced operational support.
• Co-develop long-term account strategy and support the Specialty Trade Account Executive.
• Serve as liaison between Lumicera and client for operational excellence and growth opportunities.
• Handle client program retention, issues resolution and status inquiries.
• Travel to client sites or onsite meetings up to 10% of time.
• Assist in the implementation of assigned clients and related tasks.
