Jobgether is seeking a strategic Director of Total Rewards for a fully remote, US-based leadership role. You will shape rewards programs, oversee compensation and benefits, and drive workforce analytics to support business objectives.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience designing and managing total rewards programs in multi-state or fast-growing organizations.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, salary structures, benchmarking, pay equity, and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with business goals and growth.
• Lead design and administration of compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
• Oversee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, leaves) and vendor relationships.
• Provide guidance to executives on offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Manage annual benefits budget, cost drivers, and reporting with Finance.
• Lead and develop Total Rewards team and drive process improvements.
