Job summary

11:11 Systems is seeking a Sr Manager, Global Total Rewards to lead our compensation and benefits strategy from a fully remote US-based position reporting to the SVP of Human Resources. You will guide governance, analytics, and decision principles for rewards across the company.

You will lead a team of Total Rewards professionals, shape job architecture and market positioning, and drive pay equity, incentives, and global benefits while ensuring data privacy, bias mitigation, and scalable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or University degree in HR, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 8+ years in compensation/benefits/total rewards with global exposure.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience building compensation frameworks, job architecture, pay equity.
• Strong analytical capability including benchmarking and modeling.
• Experience applying AI in HR, enterprise data workflows, bias risk management.
• Experience with HRIS and analytics tools.
• WorldatWork/CEBS certification preferred.
• Legally eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set Total Rewards strategy and governance across compensation and benefits.
• Lead and develop a team of rewards professionals.
• Define standards for job levels, salary structures, and market positioning.
• Advise senior leaders on compensation and benefits decisions.
• Lead market intelligence on talent scarcity and rewards practices.
• Set global benefits strategy and vendor accountability.
• Oversee annual compensation cycles and benefits renewals.
• Design scalable AI-enabled workflows and reporting tools.
• Build understanding of rewards and measure success metrics.
• Ensure alignment with Company ethics and data governance.
