Job summary

Agility Robotics, a fully remote company with optional hybrids from Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA, seeks a Total Rewards Lead to design and execute compensation, benefits, equity, and perks strategies.

You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal and executive leadership to attract, retain, and motivate employees through data-driven rewards offerings and scalable programs aligned with business goals. 10+ years in tech startups is required, with strong equity and analytics expertise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading total rewards strategy, esp. compensation, benefits, equity, and perks in tech startups.
• Ability to design competitive and scalable rewards programs based on data.
• Strong analytics to translate market data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Designs and oversees compensation structures and pay equity initiatives.
• Leads benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, and wellness.
• Manages equity and stock-based compensation programs, grants, and refresh cycles.
• Drives perks and recognition programs to improve employee experience.
