Job summary

TogetherWeTech is seeking a Senior Director, Compensation & Benefits to lead global Total Rewards for a distributed technology organization with remote options in the UK or US.

You will own compensation, benefits and equity programs, partnering with Finance and Executive Leadership to shape strategy during growth and IPO-related transitions. This is a senior, strategic hands-on role across borders.

Qualifications

• Global Total Rewards experience with US market exposure.
• Experience building Compensation and Benefits functions.
• Experience supporting IPOs and public/private transitions.
• Ability to design salary benchmarking frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance and senior leadership on compensation strategy.
