Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to lead the timeshare sales team in a virtual, performance‑driven environment. You will drive sales efficiency, mentor agents, and uphold our Spirit of Service culture while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a proven track record in timeshare sales, willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and proficiency with Salesforce, RingCentral and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Consistent track record of outstanding results in timeshare sales.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• 2+ years' of proven front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Prior experience closing sales or sales management experience.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA)

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
