Job summary

Hilton Grand Vacations Inc. is seeking a Remote In House Sales Manager to drive timeshare sales in a performance-driven environment. You will mentor and supervise the sales team, close deals, and ensure adherence to brand standards while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include maximizing sales efficiency, leading by example, and coordinating with internal teams. A state real estate license is preferred, and a remote-friendly role requires staying within broker-network states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mentoring, coaching or supervising team members.
• 2+ years front to back sales experience within timeshare sales.
• Active state real estate license (if required in state of residence)
• Must reside in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA)

Responsibilities

• Generate maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
• Promote and support branded Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club culture.
• Assist with supervision and lead all aspects of sales line through mentoring, modeling and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors and results.
• Must maintain a professional and personal image that upholds the HGV standards of integrity, quality and service to customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
