Job summary

Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers in the Central US region (remote). You’ll drive retention, growth, and satisfaction for community financial institutions using our AI platform.

You will conduct regular SBRS, onboard and train customers, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with sales, and track health metrics to ensure customers realize maximum value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience (account management or customer success) in SaaS/FinTech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven with the ability to use usage data to mitigate churn.
• Willingness to travel quarterly for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers.
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure outcomes.
• Drive retention, growth, and overall satisfaction for customers.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close expansions.
• Own onboarding and adoption programs, providing training and best practices.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and cross-functional teams.
• Track customer health metrics and maintain CRM records.
